Wash Your Hands

Recall after 9/11 we were advised to stock up on duct tape to prepare for terror attacks (CNN).

Now we have change we can believe in.

Your new mommy, Janet Napolitano, third United States Secretary of Homeland Security, says, "wash your hands", to be safe from Swine Flu.

She also says beware of your returning soldiers, they may become right wing terrorists (as opposed to more hip left wing terrorists).

Now that they have declared there is no war on terror, but maybe an "
Overseas Contingency Operation", and have passed along even more classified military intelligence to the overseas hate groups, I really feel safe.

If this administration ever tried to be honest, they would openly declare their war on the American way.

President Obama: Man of Peace

The problem with "men of Peace" is they have no clue on how to keep the peace.

President Obama has ordered the release of classified CIA documents detailing the CIA's interrogation methods, and claims this will make the country safer.

I ask, which country? Certainly not this country. He's informed our enemies that he is willing to sacrifice Americans' lives in order to give rights to people who do not deserve them, did not earn them, do not want them and who are desperately trying to destroy our rights. Mr. Obama may beat them to it.

If you caught the any of the Sunday "news" shows transmitted from the legacy media channels, you'd know that peace loving members of the Democratic Party still do not know how to keep the peace. Sen. Claire McCaskill on "Fox News Sunday", and Rahm 'never let a good crisis go to waste' Emanuel on "This Week with George Stephanopoulos." said that releasing the CIA interrogation documents will make our country safer. They also said safer because our enemies will see that we are nice people. and not like those thugs that preceded us.

I'd like them, or anyone for that matter, to give examples of the nice people that were ever protected from their enemies in the history of this planet. Gandhi doesn't count. He was dealing with the Brits who were getting out of the old colonization business.

Unfortunately they (the Chief of staff, the Senator & the president) have never heard of OPSEC (Operations Security). I would expect that they didn't because they have never been in the military and consider the US military to be their tools. You know, being men of peace and all. But, OPSEC teaches that even when the enemy has data in their possession that is classified, one may not confirm the information by releasing it publically or any other way. Since the new president ordered its release for the purpose of inciting more Bush hate among the Obama followers, it shows his lack of the operations security guidelines and laws.

If I had ever confirmed classified information to someone who did not have a need to know when I was in the US Army, I would have been arrested, tried, convicted of treason and sent to Ft. Leavenworth, KS. Nowadays when the legacy media and the Obama Administration (not to mention Senator "leaky" Leahy) release classified information to our enemies for political gain, it is somehow a heroic act.

Who Does Senator Dodd Represent? What about Your Congressperson?

The answers are glaringly clear: Not the residents fo Connecticut and not you.

According to the Connecticut Post, Sen. Dodd
"The five-term incumbent reported raising just $4,250 from five Connecticut residents during the first three months of the year while raking in $604,745 from nearly 400 individuals living outside the state."
His campaign funding machine has brought in an astounding amount from people and others who are not eligible to vote for him.

Now why would I, a Florida resident and voter, care about Mr. Dodd's campaign shenanigans? I care because this seems to be typical of politicians in this country. In the Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac failure, we learn that Mr. Dodd, then Senator Obama, Senator Schumer and many other US Congresspersons who blocked any attempts to reign them in were in receipt of hundreds of thousands of dollars in campaign funds. Mr. Dodd received special favors from Countrywide, a mortgage company that was making risky loans and sloughing off the "securities" to Fannie and Freddie.

This is a wakeup call to American voters.

Also, this exactly exemplifies why I started a blog named "Move it Right". In this case it means the right way to fund political campaigns. The right way to fund politics is to ensure that only people who are eligible to vote for a candidate can donate to their campaign.

This would exclude:

Corporate lobbyists: Corporations cannot vote.

Residents of other states and districts: a voter in Florida cannot vote for a candidate in Connecticut. A voter in Manatee County cannot vote for a state senator or representative in Broward County.

PAC's & unions: Only individuals can vote.

The Chinese: Definitely non-residents (recall Charlie Tree and others?)

The elected officials in American government do not represent the voters of their districts and states. They represent those people and organizations that are more able to hand over large amounts of cash. I recommended this to Senator McCain when McCain/Feingold was all the rage. But my suggestion went unanswered.

With the grassroots response that derailed the so-called immigration reform and the current Tea Parties demonstrate that the government can be taken back by the people.

The Tea Party protests are an excellent start. Next, voters will need to to change the FEC rules to exclude funds from non-eligible sources.

Tea Party: The Left Doesn't Get it

The left believe it's about tax cuts. But, it is about spending tax dollars, and printing massive amounts of hope dollars.

Then there is the MSNBC arm of America's left.

Mr. David Shuster, MSNBC comedian, tries to mock and marginalize average Americans that are fed up with the tax and spend policies at the federal level that has led to job loses, an economic turn for the worse, printing money we do not have (hope dollars) and mortgaging this country away for the express purpose of retaining their power in Washington. When I first saw this video, I thought is was a comedy routine that you might see from the Onion. Moreover, it appears that MSNBC is OK with his report.

First: Mr. Shuster, using his gutter-spawned sense of humor, is referring to the 2009 Tea Party protests, loosely based on the Boston Tea Party, as "Tea Bagging" (you can look this one up). He repeats this term often and inserts other terms, such as "nuts" to drive home his 3rd grader's point of view. And while it is worth a small laugh, it takes a lot away from his point. Things like relevance, accuracy, intelligence, decency and honesty.

It is his way of attempting to make the protesters and their actions seem to come from wacked out extremists, neanderthals, and mouth breathers (one of their favorite terms). Of course, these protesters are the people who pay those excessive taxes and can recognize the direction this country is headed: Complete collapse of capitalism, the engine of freedom, and the institution of top down hierarchy that suffers no dissent (Much like how Rep. Pelosi commands the US House).

This is the left's version of "reporting" when they recognize something that goes against their preconceived notions and/or makes their politicians look bad. It shines a bright light on their harmful and uncaring activities. All of which the Tea Party Protests accomplished yesterday.

As far as Fox News' involvement goes. They are reporting a major protest story occurring in the USA that show a turn away from what has become the norm in this country. There were no bashing of Fox News when they covered the protests against President Bush in years past, so this attitude from the left reveals their one sided and unthinking motives. Fox News did not start the movement towards tax day protests, but gave it the air time Americans deserve. Especially since the legacy media won't cover the story very much, if at all.

The legacy media and their cable outlets, such as MSNBC, are carrying the water for the left and their chosen politicians in this country. And this is why Mr. Shuster is trying to mock the protest.

So Mr. Shuster and all your friends have a laugh and mock the average Jane and Joe in America, while your chosen ones continue to represent themselves and their big dollar supporters in their effort to subjugate all others. The Democrats have revealed their hand in this poker match and the next congressional election is a mere 18 months away.

Our President Disses Americans in Europe

President Barack Obama seems to believe that Americans have...
“shown arrogance and been dismissive, even derisive” (Video)
or that the USA...
“failed to appreciate Europe’s leading role in the world”
Is this you? I don't think so. America, and especially President Bush, has shown nothing but respect for or allies and Mr. Obama is wrong on Europe's role in the world as well.

Here we have our president apologizing for imagined wronged. Wrongs imagined by people who cannot show any specific action or speech by President George W. Bush or any American that was putting down our allies or that we do not respect Europe. They only have feelings about it and they confuse Pride with arrogance. They don't recall, or never knew, that Prime Minister Tony Blair, a European and an Ally, stood shoulder to shoulder with President Bush before Operation Iraqi Freedom

Consider this. President Bush successfully petitioned the UN for sanctions against Iraq's leader, successfully negotiated with our allies and negotiated with Saddam Hussein for 14 months before we went to war with Iraq. Recall the "Coalition of the Willing"? He even successfully motivated the US Congress, including Democrats to support the plans for Iraq . The only major hold outs were from Europe were countries who were heavily bribed by Saddam Hussein (can you say "France and Germany")

Moreover, while you are painting Americans and our former presidents as hateful and uncaring for perceived slights of Europe and our allies, remember (or learn) that President Clinton invaded Haiti without consulting anyone and he re-instituted renditions (read "torture").

I find the President's apology in Strasbourg to be exceptionally insulting to me and anyone else who understands that America has no need to apologize to Europe. We have always been honorable towards Europe and have no need to apologize in regards to our allies. We only need to be respectful and supportive of them and ourselves.

We will have to face facts: President Barack Obama does not know America's history. He does not know much more than how to promote himself, he certainly has no leadership experience and he clearly does not respect the American people. He can only read from his Orwellian speech book and try to foll voters. He blames everything that doesn't go as his supporters would prefer on someone else, notably and repeatedly any President Bush. He blames Republican for everything he is told is bad and he accuses Americans of being selfish, greedy and uncaring. He does not know how Americans are or how America and capitalism work).

Government managed on feelings and media hype instead of facts and law will undermine the American way. We see it happening now.

President Obama: Cry Baby

OK, our economic problems exploded on Pesident Bush's watch. Everyone who cares already know it. It is very, very un-presidential to keep repeating it over and over again.

It is this complete lack of leadership and class that is on display from the president himself every time he speaks publicly. I imagine it goes on in private as well.

Wh
o hired this guy?
